While you are subscribed to our service we will monitor your home.  This includes a check on the home twice a month during the off season.  House check includes making sure all windows and doors are shut and secure, checking HVAC is maintaining static temperatures, and a general walk through of the entire house. 

While the Weather Channel is scaring you to death forecasting your beach palace destruction we will be here to reassure you that your home is safe and secure.  We will check on your home during and after the storm to make sure that no major damage has occurred. We will give you real time updates to keep you informed of what is happening here at the beach.

During the fall we will inspect your home and all it's major components.  This comprehensive inspection looks at all the appliances, lights, plumbing, siding, roofing, decking etc.  If something is looking suspect we will give you a detailed analysis of what we find so that a small problem doesn't become a big problem. 

During the spring we will go over the fall inspection to make sure that anything noted in the fall hasn't deteriorated.  We will then inspect your home and all it's major components.  This comprehensive inspection looks at all the appliances, lights, plumbing, siding, roofing, decking etc.  If something is looking suspect we will give you a detailed analysis of what we find so that a small problem doesn't become a big problem. 

During the off Season we will lubricate all the windows and doors in the home.  This helps to prolong the longevity of some of the moving parts of the home.  The salt air here at the beach is brutal and will deteriorate anything mechanical or metal rather quickly.  We also replace all the smoke detector batteries in the house twice a year to eliminate that annoying chirp that only seems to happen at 3:00 am when those batteries die.  We will make sure that no water is on inside the house when no

In the fall we will winterize all the outside water and drain the outside fixtures.  We will develop a plan with you to store exterior furniture, bbq grills etc.  In the spring time we will bring the outside water back on line and replace all the exterior furniture.

If you or guest are planning on coming down in the off season we will be the to turn the heat up or the AC on.  We can let guest into the house and get the water turned on for them.  If you are having packages being delivered to the house or have something scheduled we will be there to allow the delivery access to the house.  

Any and all things that you do not want to do around your house we can handle.   We will hang pictures, put together furniture, fix a broken railing, change a light bulb, replace a piece of siding etc.  Anything that you need done we can accommodate your needs. 

We're there for you for any and all electrical needs.  It can be as small as installing a dimmer switch to rewiring your whole house We will have a licensed experienced electrician at your home to get it all done in a expedient and professional manner.

Any and all plumbing work that you need done we've got you.  This can be as small as changing a shower head to rotorooting the main sewage line.  We will have a licensed experienced plumber at your home to get it all done in an expedient and professional manner.

Not a comfortable temperature in your home?  We have you covered.  We will have a licensed and experienced HVAC technician at your home post haste.  Never sit in an uncomfortable home for longer than you have to.
